In 2019, I was incredibly honoured to be selected to travel to Japan and Singapore to be the Director of Photography and Camera Operator for this series. A co-production between Arts Centre Melbourne and Singapore Airlines, we follow chef Frank Bischoff’s culinary adventure to find inspiration for the menu during Asia TOPA performing arts festival. I was also the Post-Production Producer for the series.
